I’ve been cooking since I was diagnosed with Celiac disease at age 7. It’s one of the things I love to do most in the entire world. I want people to know that gluten free food can taste amazing. All of the recipes I make are gluten free and celiac safe, as I’ve never cooked with gluten since my diagnosis. That being said, gf all-purpose flour can always be replaced with conventional all-purpose flour, but no promises it will turn out the way it did when I formulated the recipe… I didn’t make it with gluten, and the two types of flours are made from very different substances, so inconsistencies should be expected. I think dessert is *gasp* overrated. Controversial, I know, but I’m not a huge fan of overly sweet foods! That’s why I strive to create dessert recipes that aren’t too sweet. Most of my recipes use a lot of fruit (I LOVE fruit, and it’s naturally GF), and like always, all of my recipes are gluten free!
