I’ve been cooking since I was diagnosed with Celiac disease at age 7. It’s one of the things I love to do most in the entire world. I want people to know that gluten free food can taste amazing. All of the recipes I make are gluten free and celiac safe, as I’ve never cooked with gluten since my diagnosis. That being said, gf all-purpose flour can always be replaced with conventional all-purpose flour, but no promises it will turn out the way it did when I formulated the recipe… I didn’t make it with gluten, and the two types of flours are made from very different substances, so inconsistencies should be expected. Recipes like these have ALWAYS been my favorite to cook! Cooking good gluten free meals has been my passion since I was diagnosed with Celiac 10 years ago.
