I’ve been cooking since I was diagnosed with Celiac disease at age 7. It’s one of the things I love to do most in the entire world. I want people to know that gluten free food can taste amazing. All of the recipes I make are gluten free and celiac safe, as I’ve never cooked with gluten since my diagnosis. That being said, gf all-purpose flour can always be replaced with conventional all-purpose flour, but no promises it will turn out the way it did when I formulated the recipe… I didn’t make it with gluten, and the two types of flours are made from very different substances, so inconsistencies should be expected. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I seriously believe that it can set you up for a productive and happy day :). I used to HATE eating breakfast. I hardly ever ate it, I never liked it, and I really just didn’t appreciate it as much as I do now. Currently, I look forward to making my breakfast the next morning every single night!
