Happy fall! With the abundance of apples I have since apple picking, I made a juice!! Of course, plain apple juice is just boring so I decided to add some more fun and classic fall flavors to create this Fall Harvest Juice recipe! It’s easy to customize, takes only a few minutes to make, and is SUCH a fun DIY!
My Notes on the Recipe-
Making homemade juices is so quick and easy with a slow masticating juicer. When I got mine, I fell in love with it and I’ve been making juices ever since!
For this recipe in particular, I prefer a more tart recipe, with around 3 cups of cranberries, but for the published recipe I toned it down to create a juice that would be more universally liked. You can add, however, as many cups as you’d like.
For the rest of the ingredients, I’d recommend sticking to the proportions and quantities I published below.
In general, I love making at home juices with my slow masticating juicer. Here’s the link to mine if you are interested in making it:
The Homemade Juice Ingredients-
For this easy homemade juice recipe, you only need four ingredients. All you need is a few apples, around 3 blood oranges, 3 pears, and fresh cranberries.
I used 2 blood oranges, and 1 naval orange. I would recommend trying 3 blood oranges for a better color, but the taste will be pretty much the same.
The next step is to prep the ingredients to a good size for the juicer you have-
The Directions-
First, cut the apples and pears into chunks the right size for your juicer to take. For the juicer I have, the pieces need to be in slices or strips. No need to peel either, the peel will get filtered out of the juice during the juicing process.
Then, carve away the peels of the blood oranges and slice into sixths. Add to a large bowl.
I juice the pears, apples, and blood oranges first, then the cranberries. After juicing the cranberries, stir to combine.
The finished juice is SUCH a pretty color and tastes delicious: the perfect balance of sweet and tart!!
Hope you all enjoy this recipe as much as I do! Here’s the official recipe card for those you you that want it:
