Just like my other productivity articles, this one is centered around my absolute favorite time of day… the morning!
This vlog/blog post is from around a week ago and primarily was filled with reading for summer work (but I actually LOVE the book), driving, cleaning and organizing, and last but not least… a crazy intense workout!

For anyone wondering: here’s the exact Dunkin order I got and my exact oatmeal recipe!
Oatmeal:
Ingredients –
1/2 cup certified gluten free rolled oats
1 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup strawberries, chopped
Chia seeds (you can add as many as you like!)
Maple syrup, to taste
Instructions:
Bring the water and cinnamon to a boil, then add the oats and cook on medium heat until cooked to your desired consistency. Transfer into a bowl, top with strawberries, chia seeds, and drizzle maple syrup on top. Enjoy! (Just a disclaimer, this recipe is CRAZY easy and SO yummy!)

I get a medium iced almond milk latte, with unsweetened french vanilla syrup! It’s low calorie, not too sweet, and reliably gf and df.
