In a large pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp of butter, the minced clove of garlic, and wait until it's heated up. Once hot, crack the egg into the pan and immediately scramble on low heat with a silicone spatula.
Add your cooked noodles, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Stir with the spatula until fully combined, but gently, as to not break up the noodles.
Add the sambal or sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, the rest of the butter, and furikake seasoning. Mix until combined, then transfer into a bowl, top with extra furikake seasoning and scallions, and enjoy!
