My Gluten Free Version of Kylie Jenner's Ramen Recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package instant ramen noodles (cooked)
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten free)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp furikake seasoning
  • 2 tsp sambal paste OR sriracha
  • scallions, to garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp of butter, the minced clove of garlic, and wait until it's heated up. Once hot, crack the egg into the pan and immediately scramble on low heat with a silicone spatula.
  • Add your cooked noodles, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Stir with the spatula until fully combined, but gently, as to not break up the noodles.
  • Add the sambal or sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, the rest of the butter, and furikake seasoning. Mix until combined, then transfer into a bowl, top with extra furikake seasoning and scallions, and enjoy!
