Hydrating Green Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup parsley (stems are fine, as well as leaves)

Instructions
 

  • Cut your apple and cucumber into a size your juicer can handle, then peel your lemon. Add the prepped ingredients to a bowl. measure out 1/4 cup of parsley and add that to the bowl as well.
  • pass your ingredients through the juicer, then stir and enjoy!
